Commercial Administrator

We’re working with a leading national Facilities Management provider who are looking to add an experienced Commercial Administrator to their growing Edinburgh team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and commercial experience within the Facilities Management or Building Services sector, looking to join a supportive, well-established business with great development potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices.

Supporting the commercial and contract management teams with financial and administrative tasks.

Assisting with month-end reporting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.

Managing supplier queries and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Updating internal systems (CAFM or finance platforms) and maintaining accurate records.

Liaising with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience within Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering administration.

Confident handling purchase orders, invoices, and financial documentation.

Strong IT skills – ideally with Excel and CAFM/finance systems (e.g. Concept, CAFM Explorer, Dynamics, or similar).

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

A proactive and professional approach to teamwork and communication.
