We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a residential home supporting younger adults with mental health needs and drug and alcohol misuse challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs

Assist with daily living activities and promote independence

Administer medication and maintain accurate records

Lead and support care staff during shifts

Ensure compliance with care plans and safeguarding standards
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)

Previous experience in a similar care setting

Strong communication and leadership skills

Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts
