Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Administrator
Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester
Hours: Part-time – 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, has strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders from suppliers and maintain accurate records.

Manage contract renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after job completion.

Prepare and issue quotes and proposals for customers.

Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.

Handle general office administration and record keeping.

Coordinate and schedule appointments with both existing and potential clients.

Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.

Support the wider team with sales and service coordination tasks.
Skills & Experience

Strong interest and knowledge of IT and computers – essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and professional telephone manner.

Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

Competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience in customer service, sales administration, or IT support is advantageous.
