Job Title: Wet Multi Trade Operative

Salary: £18-£21.40 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Wet Multi Trade Operative to join a leading housing provider. In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.
Responsibilities:
Carry out a wide range of wet trade works, including plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating in domestic properties.
Prepare surfaces for plastering, including the application of bonding agents, plastering, skimming, and finishing to a smooth, professional standard.
Install wall and floor tiles, including measuring, cutting, and grouting, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials.
Ensure all wet trade work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and current building standards.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Plastering, painting or tiling qualification (Preferred)
Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
Previous experience within social housingBenefits:
