Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Band 2 Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care across 10 care homes and respite centres in the Hampshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, delivering personal care, promoting independence, and ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of service users.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans

Support residents with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting

Assist with mobility and use of appropriate equipment (hoists, wheelchairs, etc.)

Monitor and record observations such as temperature, pulse, and respiration rates

Engage in meaningful interactions with residents to support emotional well-being

Maintain accurate and timely care records in accordance with company policy

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and family members

Ensure a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all residents
Requirements:

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Previous experience working in a care home, nursing home, or respite centre

A caring and empathetic approach to support service users

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work across multiple sites (travel between locations required)
