About the role
iO-Sphere is hiring for a talented Head of Student Admissions to take ownership over our existing student enrolment process and help bring new products to market. This is a B2C sales role that will focus on increasing the conversion rate of our inbound applications. You will manage a small, amazing, and growing team. Our leaders lead from the front, and so you should be excited to work directly with prospective students to explain our courses, answer questions, qualify leads, identify opportunities for improvement, and ultimately drive enrolments.

Location: iO-Sphere is headquartered in London with half our team in South Africa. South African positions are as contractors for now as we do not yet have a permanent entity. Our students are mostly based in the UK for now and so you should be comfortable selling into the UK.
Salary Range: Rand 80k - 110k per month + performance bonus & commission

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a high-performing team of admissions advisors.
- Interact directly with inbound prospective students to qualify individuals and enrol in the Experience Accelerator.
- Help optimise the funnel to ensure that we are securing the best candidates for our programs.
- Scope and bring new products to market.
- Full revenue ownership for the B2C P&L.
- Use sales and CRM tools like Hubspot to create amazing processes that scale.
- Report back on applicants needs and requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for iOS-Sphere.
Ideal Requirements:
- Significant experience in inbound sales, ideally in education and training.
- Experience with cold calling, introduction, qualification, and meetings.
- Experience selling bootcamps, training programs, ideally in data.
- Experience selling into the UK market.
- Experienced in building processes to support a high volume of inbound applications.
- Experienced in team management.
- Right to work in South Africa.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
