Job Summary: - The Head Nurse is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining the operational integrity of the nursing department at the health center.

Education:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required. A Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in a healthcare sector such as a clinic, health center, or hospital, with a broad understanding of patient care services.
Maternity experience
Certifications: Current state RN license.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
Certification in nursing leadership or management is a plus.
Other relevant certifications (e.g., Infection Control, Nurse Practitioner) are desirable.
Working Conditions: Full medical position, typically 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs and staffing requirements.
Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities as needed.
Exposure to medical equipment, chemicals, and infectious materials in a clinical environment.
