We are a long established independant firm of Accountatns looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Eastleigh. Duties include: Managing post received Answering and directing phone calls Welcoming clients and visitors Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area Typing letters and invoices Monitoring disposal of confidential waste Maintain and monitor storage of offsite files. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred Excellent communication and interpesonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to work independently and part of a team Additional information: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Working 20 to 25 hours per week
