Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Test equipment to verify proper functionality after repairs or maintenance. Maintain detailed inspection records and service reports. Upgrades and Modifications: Install and configure new equipment or system upgrades. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance and repairs. Ensure cranes are safe for operation by performing load and stress tests. Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to crane operators when necessary. Respond promptly to client inquiries and emergency repair requests. Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering. Experience as a Crane Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical crane systems. Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
