Job Title: PPM Engineer (Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer)
Location: Essex
Salary: £ 28,840 per annum
Benefits: Company Van with Fuel Card, Pension, BUPA Healthcare, 33 days holiday.
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We are advertising this PPM Engineer role on behalf of our client ‘CBES’. City FM was established in 1985 and the company has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies.
Job Role
To undertake Fire & security Maintenance PPM's, working within the Security and Fire team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Key Accountabilities:
- Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Delivery Fire Alarm Maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreement and within agreed timescales.
- Liaison with the Service Team at all times striving to ensure that all works are delivered on time.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site.
- Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required. Comply with any other reasonable management instruction
*Training will be provided to the right candidate
Experience and Qualification:
- FIA qualification desired
- Experience with PPM duties desirable
- Experience with CCTV, IP and Analogue systems
- Qualification in Extinguishers would be advantageous
