Position Overview: The Administrator will work closely with the Procurement Manager to provide essential administrative support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities: Support the Procurement Manager in daily operations and producer interactions. Manage procurement documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping. Handle data entry, invoicing, and financial tracking related to procurement. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate activities. Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications and Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Previous administrative experience (preferred but not required). Interest or experience in agriculture or logistics is an advantage. Bilingual. Grade 12 / Matric minimum, tertiary qualification preferred. Area: Eastern Cape - Patensie Type: Full time permanent position based in office.
