Requirements: Matric with tertiary qualification Proven experience in an administrative/operations/project planning role, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment Computer Literacy in MS Office and Evolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities with a key eye for detail Problem solver Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment Proactive Duties will include but not limited to: Generate purchase orders and liaise with the manager for payments. Complete transport waybills, including cost addition and deck space confirmation. Generate tax invoices for cross-border loads and process export documentation. Book DC delivery slots and generate SOQs for cabinet accessories. Act as a proxy for company cell phone contracts, handling upgrades, blacklisting, SIM swaps, and new applications. Source information for cabinets and complete waybills with relevant store information. Process and add information before the operations administrator captures it. Complete and push tickets to be invoiced Schedule teams for installations and arrange delivery and installation dates. Liaise with subcontractors regarding delivery and installation dates. Follow up on paperwork with subcontractors and supply information to the operations administrator. Assist with on-site queries and manage HSE management systems documents. Forward, escalate, or solve service/helpdesk calls. Review and confirm the weekly installations overtime report Only candidates currently residing in the Western Cape will be considered for this position.
