Duties: Client communication and support: Providing clear and timely communication regarding services, updates, or inquiries Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, or requests efficiently Ensure clients are well-informed about the companys offerings, updates, and any changes that may affect their relationship with the company Relationship building: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention Understand client business needs, objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions and services Contract renewal and upsell opportunities: Assist in contract renewals Identify opportunities for upselling, or cross-selling additional, relevant l services Requirements: Grade 12 Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or working with SLAs is a big plus Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Must have contactable references
