Handle confidential correspondence and communication on behalf of the director. Organize and prepare documents, presentations, and reports. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Monitor and prioritize emails and phone calls. Oversee personal tasks and errands as required. Act as a liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
