Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years management experience in post-harvest management or supply chain. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data management and analysis software. Knowledge of international trade terms and multimodal transportation. Experience in exporting sub-tropical fruit or fresh produce is required. Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and travel to packhouses or suppliers.
