Strong data entry and typing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) field or familiarity with the industry. NLP Life Coaching or equivalent qualification. Technical Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in call centre telephony and technology. Knowledge of administration skills and processes.
