Job Description:
As a Relationship Manager, youll play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying and cultivating B2B opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, positioning offerings against competitors, and using sales expertise to achieve targets. Youll engage with customers daily, nurture leads, and provide technical support while ensuring satisfaction through a customer-centric approach. This role involves travel within the region, managing sales administration, and attending events to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in an external sales role with a proven track record of success
Proficient in analyzing data, creating reports, and conducting market research
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Highly customer-oriented with strong marketing expertise
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and excellent self-management skills
Motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Qualification:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, with flexibility for national travel
