About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing resources, streamlining processes, and leading teams to meet our strategic goals while maintaining top-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and implement policies for optimized efficiency.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement and inventory.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams across departments to foster productivity.
- Process Improvement: Use data analytics to refine processes and enhance performance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management on long-term goals and business growth.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations or management roles.
- Proficiency in business tools like ERP, CRM, MS Office, MS Teams, Adobe, and MS Projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Basic understanding of the bid preparation process.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
