We are working with a leading provider of integrated facilities and real estate management services. They are seeking a skilled CAFM Manager to join their team, delivering exceptional customer service and business support to ensure the smooth operation of their facilities.
Role Overview:
As a CAFM SME, you will oversee the management of the CAFM system, ensuring accurate maintenance records, efficient handling of reactive tasks, and effective communication across teams. You will support reporting, drive process improvements, and contribute to overall contract efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key user for the CAFM system, managing PPM records, reactive tasks, and comprehensive reporting.

Respond promptly to calls and emails, ensuring reactive tasks are appropriately prioritized and assigned.

Maintain communication between the facilities team and end users, striving for first-time resolution where possible.

Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and Operations Manager to ensure consistent service quality.

Review subcontractor performance and provide feedback to improve outcomes.

Generate monthly customer reports and analyze CAFM data for contract metrics and forecasting.

Update and maintain client-specific metrics and hazard logs as required.

Log hazards and customer feedback in the QHSE Management Portal.

Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance performance and client satisfaction.

Support timesheet and expense processing, training participation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Follow established procedures for obtaining supplier quotes, client approvals, and updating performance portals.
