£24500 - £25350 Plus quarterly bonus !!
Are you looking for a role working within a team utilising your customer service skills ?
This role is based in modern offices between Wickford and Chelmsford. They are looking for someone with excellent telephone skills to be part of a team working together to deliver the ultimate hire experience . Your role will involve:
To update and assist customers after the initial sales process to advise them on deliveries etc. You will work within a team and have the support of a team supervisor and a Customer Service Manager
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, web queries
• Provide ETAs
• Work closely with the transport planners
• Resolve customer issues
• Answer all incoming service calls
• Respond to all customer emails
• Manage and resolve all queries on the service log
