2 Social Workers required for Adult Short Term Asessment & Reablement Team.
Suitable candidate must be a car driver with use of own vehicle. Knowledge of Mosaic system would be advantageous but not essential. This role is looking for someone who can start ASAP.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week from home.
