Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety legislation, and council policies.
Provide expert advice on building-related issues to internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor contractor performance and quality, ensuring work is carried out to agreed specifications and standards.

🔍 About You:
Qualified Professional: Degree in building surveying or a related field and relevant professional membership (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and relevant legislation, including health and safety and building regulations.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
