Senior Site Agent Roads, Earthworks and Underground Services Key Responsibilities: · Efficient utilization of resources and subcontractors. · Networking, negotiating skills, and procurement experience. · Working knowledge of contract specifications and documents. · Proven leadership skills, ability to develop and motivate staff. · Ability to manage Health and Safety specifications and standards on projects. · Strong planning, organizing skills. · Self-motivated, driven to achieve challenging targets. · Willingness to travel nationally for unspecified periods. · Ability to speak, read, and write in English. · Possession of a valid motor vehicle drivers license Qualification and Work Experience · Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications. · Registration as a Construction Manager with SACPCMP. · Extensive Experience in Managing Multi-Disciplinary Contracts (5 8 Years). · Experience in Roads, Civil Infrastructure, Concrete, Earthworks. · Successful track record of planning, organizing, and controlling projects within budget. · Knowledge and experience of project specifications, products, and processes.
