We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumber to join our team on a continental shift basis for one of the most reputable and rapidly expanding Facilities Management companies in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious and bespoke commercial office space in London Bridge, spanning 430,000 sq ft across a 17-storey building.
About the Role:
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of all plumbing systems within the building. You will work as part of a team, providing a high standard of service to maintain the facility’s plumbing infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of water systems and contributing to the comfort and safety of those using the office space.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations across the building

Ensuring plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely

Responding promptly to plumbing emergencies and service requests

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks

Liaising with the management team to ensure smooth running of services

Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in plumbing within a commercial or facilities management environment

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to shift work
