Technical Delivery Lead Manager - User Migration Project
A leading global FTSE-listed organisation is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead Manager to join their team. Based in Central London with hybrid working options, this role is Outside IR35.
The successful candidate will oversee a user migration project for the integration of an acquired company and have a proven track record in O365 migration projects, large M&A integrations, and experience working in global companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all migration activities adhere to best practices and agreed standards.
Allocating and managing resources effectively to optimise project outcomes.
Provide direction and oversight to multiple technical internal & external teams involved in the migration and integration process.
Stakeholder communication.
Risk Management.
Foster a communication environment, working closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
Contribute to an overall technical integrated plan, working closely with peer workstream lead managers. Experience Required:
10 years of proven experience in O365 migration projects and large M&A integrations.
Experience working in global companies, preferably within the technology of IT services sector.
Ability to lead and manage multiple technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of O365 and related Microsoft technologies, IT Infrastructure and Integration practices.
Strong project management skills, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Communication skills.
Problem solving.
BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
