They are looking for an experienced, proactive and organised Marketing Manager to support their sales and marketing plans through 2025 and beyond. This role will focus on Marketing planning, tactics, campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis. You will be charged with building a lead generation funnel for your sales colleagues.
This role will be the first senior marketing position in the business and so an opportunity to build a marketing function for a company on the acquisition trail.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities to support the sales teams in 2025 and beyond.

Utilise the full marketing mix and digital channels to generate leads and build the brand.

Work with Thought Leaders in the business to create content for campaigns, social media, blogs, and newsletters.

Manage the budget and monitor/ report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.

Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.

Support the development of marketing collateral and website updates.

Perform market research and competitor analysis.

Track marketing budgets and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Collaborate with wider sales team to align marketing initiatives.
Knowledge and experience:

Role would suit candidates with previous Marketing experience in a with a telecoms or technology-enabled business service.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of marketing experience, including internships.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Persuasive communication and organisational skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt
