Contract Landscape Architect

This role is your opportunity to shape Bristol's public spaces, working on innovative urban transport and public realm projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead teams in the design and delivery of urban transport and public realm projects.
·Provide expert advice and support to client project managers and stakeholders.
·Oversee project finances, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
·Develop project briefs, manage fee income, and achieve financial targets.
·Stay informed on technical design standards, legislation, and industry advancements.
·Mentor and train colleagues to support their professional development.
·Plan and execute stakeholder and community engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
·A professional with experience in delivering high-quality public realm projects.
·Expertise in financial and contract management.
·Strong leadership skills, capable of managing design teams and mentoring staff.
·Up-to-date knowledge of design standards, legislation, and operational processes.
·Commitment to delivering innovative and practical solutions.
·Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and communities.
·Flexibility to work outside of regular hours and travel to project sites when required.
