I am looking for Stock Condition Surveyors to join a Housing association, covering stock from Ipswich to Chelmsford . The Stock condition Surveyors will be responsible for carrying out 6-10 surveys per day, with business mileage included for site based travel. This role offers home based working.
Stock Condition Surveyor duties:
Maintain, update and validate the stock condition database
Carry out 6 - 10 completed surveys per day
Report any repairs identified whilst carrying out surveys
Occasionally liaise with tenants to book in surveys
What is required for the Stock Condition Surveyor role:
Experience within social housing
Ability to liaise with tenants
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Keystone
