Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal structures and components for a range of industrial, commercial, and construction projects. You will work with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Weld, cut, and fabricate metal parts using a range of techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)

Assemble and install fabricated metal components

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations

Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools
-
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality

Work closely with other team members to meet project timelines and client specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve welding and fabrication issues as they arise
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing or construction setting

Proficient in various welding techniques

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments

Relevant welding/fabrication certification or apprenticeship is preferred
