Conduct a failure analysis.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams to guarantee that the drawings are comprehended and accurately interpreted.
Develop innovative systems and procedures aimed at enhancing quality, improving efficiency, and reducing expenses.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience of using SolidWorks CAD and CAM systems to design and visualise projects
Experience of managing small teams
Able to read technical drawings and analyse calculations
Proven engineering experience, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment
