We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team in Irlam. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a sales/account manager role and enjoys building strong working relationships and with key customers.
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid working available once fully trained!
Responsibilities
Taking incoming coming calls from customers to discuss products and services
Take a proactive approach with customers to explore other opportunities
Provide official quotes to customer over the phone and via email
Actively follow up via email and phone
Record all customer information correctly
Effectively respond to customer queries
Work within the wider team to achieve company goals
Requirements
Previous experience upselling products within a role or a direct sales position
Ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone
A proactive approach to working
Confident, outgoing personality
Able to prioritise, work efficiently and productively, and manage own time well
Computer literate - have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages with ability to pick up different computer systems
Have strong verbal, writing and listening skills.
