Position: Front of House Manager
Location: Colindale Gardens
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
Salary: £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a large residential development located in the heart of North West London with circa 1500 residential homes (and growing!) and benefits from various amenities including an onsite gym and retail facilities. The development is located close to Colindale underground station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Front of House Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
You will have experience in managing a small team. This includes recruitment, performance reviews, appraisals, training and rota management.
Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-end quality customer service for residents, tenants and guests, and handle day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
Responsible for managing the work permits and supervising contractors whilst they are on site.
You are able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, multitasking, organised and able to think on your
You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries
You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
You will have experience working closely with management to ensure SOPs are adhered to and improve policies and procedures.
