About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to take charge of one of our key accounts, which currently spends £100,000 per month. This is a critical role aimed at growing the accounts spend by 5x over the next 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing this relationship, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to further expand the account through new partnerships and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase the monthly spend of the key account by 5x.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the account. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Partnership Development: Identify, source, and close new partnership opportunities that align with the account's business objectives, driving additional value and growth.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the client to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs. Develop tailored strategies and solutions to help achieve these objectives.

Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor account performance, providing detailed reports and insights to both the client and internal teams. Use data to inform strategy and optimize results.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure the seamless delivery of services and alignment on account goals.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all account activities are executed with precision, adhering to timelines and budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: ideally 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving significant growth.
