Position Summary:
The Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and sales performance of a beauty brand. Working across a brand portfolio, this role spans the UK, Europe, and other EMEA markets. The Marketing Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and consumer-centric campaigns that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer, print, and retail activations.

Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and aesthetics.

Manage influencer and UGC (user-generated content) marketing programmes, building partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Support PR initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

Liaise with HQ brand teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Monitor and share market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the UK and EMEA beauty sectors with the cross-functional team.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.

Product & Trade marketing

Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with trade marketing strategies.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to meet promotional and campaign requirements.

Develop and implement trade marketing initiatives, including retail promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) displays, to drive sales and enhance brand presence in stores.

Provide tools and resources for retail teams, such as product information packs, training materials, display guides, and in-store activation kits.

Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to align marketing activities with business goals and optimise results.

Analyse the performance of product and trade marketing activities, offering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Digital & E-commerce Support

Manage website updates, including product pages, promotions, and SEO optimisation.

Track and analyse website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimise product listings and drive conversions.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years in marketing, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong understanding of the UK and European beauty markets and consumer trends.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) and data analysis tools.

Experience in influencer marketing and utilising user-generated content (UGC) to boost engagement.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon and SEO best practices is a plus.

Excellent project management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
