Our client, a multi award-winning patent litigation practice, are seeking a Patent Litigation Paralegal to join their London team.
The Opportunity
The successful Patent Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing assistance to fee earners. Duties to include:
Assisting with Court hearings and trials
Preparation of papers
Internal and external document management
Checking, finalising and sending correspondence
Attending hearings and taking notes
Requesting Skeleton Arguments
Liaising with the travel team to arrange fee earner travel
Diary managementThis Patent Litigation Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
Requirements
Essential
Experience working as a Patent Paralegal within in a law firmDesired
A degree or certificate either in Law or Paralegal Studies
