We are seeking an experienced Specifications Technologist on behalf of our client, a leading food manufacturing company based in Derbyshire. This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, manage, and maintain product specifications for food manufacturing processes.

Ensure all product documentation meets both company and regulatory standards.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including NPD, technical, and production departments to guarantee accurate product data.

Stay up-to-date with UK food regulations, ensuring compliance across the board.

Communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience in writing and managing specifications in the UK food manufacturing industry is essential.

Strong knowledge of UK food laws, labelling, and regulatory requirements.

Attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
