Position: Day Duty Manager
Location: 190 Strand, London WC2R 1DT
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off – (Apply online only)
Salary: £34,000 - £36,400 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position.

Development Details:
This role will be based at a flagship development located on the world-famous Strand. The development contains 216 bespoke apartments and penthouses. The development contains a stylish business suite, luxurious pool and spa, 24-hour concierge and is located close to Temple underground station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Day Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Have a background in working in luxurious, high-end buildings with a demonstrable track record in delivery world class customer service standards.
Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries
You will have a strong customer service background having worked in a similar role, supervising a small onsite team and ensuring SOPs are adhered to.
As a leader you will be responsible for managing your team’s performance, appraisals, training, development, rotas (holiday, sickness) and any ER related matters in conjunction with the required parties.
Ensure a high level of health and safety compliance, responsible for carrying out various inspections, patrols and ensuring any issues are reported to the relevant parties and rectified.
You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies and coordinating any site related issues.
You will already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage, and inspire others.
