About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a dynamic single-site operation in Nottingham. You’ll lead small skilled team of technical personnel to deliver exceptional building services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong manager with technical expertise who thrives in a leadership role and is looking for career progression into a Duty Manager position in the future.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of engineers and tradespeople.

Operational Oversight: Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Technical Expertise: Provide support and guidance, leveraging your technical knowledge (ideally electrical).

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Proactively address operational challenges to ensure service delivery excellence.
