Digital Print Account Manager
Location: Dagenham- fully office based role
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Litho and Digital Print Account Manager to join our fast-paced print manufacturing team. This role involves managing key client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. As the main point of contact for your clients, you will provide exceptional service and support while driving operational excellence and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and translating these into actionable production briefs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Be able to liaise with stakeholders within client account at various levels
Project Coordination:
• Manage lithographic and digital print projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including prepress, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
Account Management:
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling services and solutions. Proactively present new ideas and strategies to clients to help them achieve their goals.
• Ability to build and manage schedules, and progress updates for clients.
• Forecasting / Invoicing / PO management – managing own and ensuring best practise and business objectives are worked to
• Review own customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution
Quality Control:
• Oversee the quality of printed materials, ensuring that all outputs meet client expectations and company standards.
• Handle any issues or challenges during the production process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency:
• Manage the production workflow for lithographic and digital printing processes, balancing workloads and optimising resources.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations within the production environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Proven experience in account management within the lithographic and digital print industry.
• Understanding of print manufacturing processes, including impositions and prepress, production, and finishing.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Proficiency in using print management software and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
