We Are Refyne are proud to be partnered with a prestigious Skincare Brand, who due to ongoing growth and success are now seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the Central London region.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the field with work from home admin days. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing sales strategies to drive brand growth.
Person Specification:

MUST HAVE NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy!

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Experience in business development and client relationship management

Knowledge of and passionate about the beauty and skincare industry and market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
