What the opportunity incorporates:
Inspection of properties and preparing plans for repairs, refurbishments, and improvements.
Diagnosing issues like damp and mould or structural defects and recommending practical solutions.
Managing improvement projects, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service.
Supporting compliance with safety regulations and provide technical advice.
Helping develop the asset management plans focusing on property condition and costs. What makes you a great fit:
