Electrical Shift Engineer – East Grinstead – 53k + Package
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join a leading industry player on one of their longest-standing contracts. The role is Based in East Grinstead on a Critical Site. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable organisation known for its excellence in delivering critical infrastructure services
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the efficient operation of critical electrical systems.

Perform switching, scheduling, and shutdowns for both High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.

Ensure the smooth running of electrical operations, including fault finding, emergency response, and repairs.

Work as part of a team to deliver essential services to meet operational demands.

Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience within a critical environment, ideally within a similar electrical engineering role.

Strong working knowledge of HV & LV electrical systems, including switching, scheduling, and shutdown processes.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced, high-stakes situations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
