As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing developer clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to create a strategy that aligns with their company growth goals. Your insights and initiatives will directly contribute to their success in the competitive property investment market.
Key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager

Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the property investment sector

Opportunity Creation: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing new developer clients and investment opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance their reputation and drive repeat business

Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling investment proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of working with them

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the property investment industry
