Description
Conducting thorough and detailed stock condition surveys
Creating accurate and concise survey reports
Identifying and reporting on any defects or maintenance issues
Collaborating with the wider Construction team to schedule necessary repairs
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards
Ensuring all work is conducted in line with health and safety guidelines
Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning
Continually striving for excellence in all areas of property surveyingProfile
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
A degree in building surveying or a related field
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards
