Salary: £16.00 per hour plus holiday accrual paid weekly

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. Working alongside a dedicated team, you’ll contribute to creating exceptional meals while maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest culinary standards
Manage your kitchen section, ensuring readiness for service
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and kitchen operations
Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen management standards
Mentor and support junior kitchen staff to build a strong team

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Ability to thrive in fast-paced kitchens while maintaining top-quality food preparation
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen management
Excellent communication and a collaborative attitude
Adaptability to different kitchen environments and menus
DBS Enhanced is required for this role
