A niche Lichfield based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the busy practice on a full time basis. You will be managing a varied workload, encompassing the entire conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
Experience required
1-3 years PQE in this area of work either as a solicitor or licenced conveyancer although newly qualified conveyancers will be considered depending on the level of training received.
Location – Lichfield – fully office based
Salary – DOE

You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of conveyancing services including sales, purchases, re-mortgage work, residential development and landlord and tenant related issues.
Duties include:

Preparation of documents and property information forms

Ordering property searches

Preparation of reports on title and certificates of title

Handling exchanges of contracts and completions of sales and purchases

Attending to post completion tasks including preparation and submission of SDLT returns and Land Registry applications

File opening procedures to include AML and verification of client identity, source of funds checks and risk assessments
