Leading law firm in Birmingham seeks well-connected planning partner or director to bolster its busy team.
We are working with a thriving and expanding Legal 500 firm which offers both excellent work and clients, and also a family-oriented environment with scope for hybrid working. As the firm expands in 2025 an opportunity has arisen for an experienced planning lawyer to bolster its team, likely to be either at partner or director level.
You will have a broad range of planning law experience including, inter alia, section 106 agreements, Compulsory Purchase matters, planning appeals, section 278 agreements, enforcement, judicial reviews and challenges in the High Court. The firm is looking for someone who has the ability to win and attract work and develop client relationships, and as such candidates with either a following or who have a portable network of contacts and potential referrers will be best suited to the position.
The firm has an excellent reputation as an employer, with low rates of staff turnover and a good track record of attracting high calibre legal experts from large international firms who are drawn by its combination of quality work and highly competitive remuneration.
