• Position: Trainee Protection Adviser
• Location: Fareham
• Onsite role (Office based)
• Salary: £25,000 basic, £50,000–£60,000 OTE
• Hours:
o Monday–Wednesday: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
o Thursday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
o Friday: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Sell life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover to secure families' financial futures.
• Handle pre-qualified leads via a hotkey transfer system.
• Perform inbound/outbound calls to clients.

Requirements:
• Must pass background checks (no criminal record or poor credit).
• Previous sales experience, working in a targeted based role.
• GSCE or equivalent including Maths
