Role Overview
As a Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s software infrastructure aligns with business goals. This key role involves managing the implementation and ongoing support of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), leading the ERP team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to document and meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

ERP Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, overseeing implementation and optimization.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the ERP team, ensuring efficient project execution and governance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to identify business needs, propose solutions, and drive system improvements.

System Maintenance: Manage the ongoing performance, updates, and compliance of the ERP system, ensuring it remains aligned with industry standards and business requirements.

Business Systems Oversight: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRMS and other key business systems.

Project Management: Oversee and execute system-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new system implementations.

Support and Training: Provide day-to-day system support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience with Dynamics ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 F&O.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise business systems, database management, system integrations, and programming languages such as SQL, X++, and .NET.

Functional Knowledge: Proven expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, Production, Master Planning, and Project Operations modules.

Successful Implementations: Track record of successfully managing at least two end-to-end Microsoft D365 F&O implementations.

Tools Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.

Business Acumen: Strong business analysis capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
