Job Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a bespoke manufacturing company who design, manufacture and install their own products.
Job Duties:
Manage the reporting of project financials
Assist and direct the Projects Team and lower costs and increase revenue
Maintain close relationships with Project Managers and ensure project finances are up to date
Recognise business opportunities to increase margins where possible
Update the internal ERP system
Cover activities across the pre order, design and installation stage
Cost control and increase gross profit
Job Requirements:
Quantity Surveyor experience
Excellent numerical and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Strong organisational and time management skills
Salary & Benefits:
£60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4:30pm & Friday, 7am - 3:15pm
